Prices are based on a maximum order weight of 15kg and where we are able to dispatch your order as one box. Where orders are heavier than this or need multiple boxes we will advise any additional delivery charge before shipping. Assuming all items ordered are in stock your order will take up to 10 days to arrive. We are unable to part ship any incomplete international orders.
Please note we are unable to ship any furniture items or matresses to overseas addresses.
Please e-mail us at info@greenbaby.co.uk to accept these conditions of shipment.
We do our best to meet the standard delivery times mentioned above. However we too rely on other supliers and their delivery companies and it is therefore possible that occasionaly parcels may arrive later then expected. Please call us or email us and we will assist your problem as soon as we can.
Please be aware that we are unable to specify the time of delivery.
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force services. The latter can be tracked via online tracking system. If you are experiencing late delivery please contact us and we will be able to give you your parcel's tracking number.
UK Postal strike update October 2009. As some of you may already know, there has been extensive industrial action by Royal Mail workers in the UK over the past few weeks.
Customers may have been experiencing small delays and we encourage anyone based in the UK to allow a little extra time for delivery.
Intermittent local and regional strikes by both collection and sorting services, plus your personal postmen and women, are ongoing and at this point no resolution has been reached. For daily updates on the UK Royal Mail strikes, and how they might be affecting you, keep an eye on the Royal Mail site.
