"I developed the natural BPA-Free dummy when I could not what I was looking for. Most pacifiers contained plastic, which I did not like to put into my daughter mouth. However, I did also find some natural rubber pacifiers which were produced in 100% natural latex, but they did not have a design, which were appealing to me. I was looking for a natural pacifier, with a fun or cute design in environmental friendly packaging. Simultaneously, I was shocked by the large quantity of all the plastic packaging which is used to wrap pacifiers.
 
After having searched for a long time, I realised, that I was unable to find what I was looking for. So I started to get in contact with manufacturers from around the world, and I began to prepare designs for the Hevea natural soother.
 
It was a long process, but I managed to find a skilled manufacturer to make these dummies, which my husband and I visited in January 2008.
 
He was ready to develop a new generation of natural baby pacifiers. I gave him a hard task – help me to make a designed all latex pacifier which also can be sustainable. And he solved the task perfectly. Not only would the manufacturer satisfy my desire for sustainable products, which respects both the environment and the people who work within the rubber industry. He should also agree to change its operations to develop a fun and cute pacifier wrapped in an innovate packaging.
