OUR NEW SKINCARE PRODUCTS
We are delighted that our new Green Baby Skincare Products are finally finished and on sale! New to our range are the Shampoo and Bodywash, Sleep Balm, Chest Rub Gel and Calendula Balm.
We have been developing these for some considerable time in response to customer demand. Once again we believe that they are as natural as anything on the market and free of SLA's, SLS's, parabens, synthetic fragrances and preservatives. They are also made in the UK.
We have also registered 3 of our new products with the Soil Association and they display the familiar logo as part of their packaging. These are the Chest Rub Gel, Calendula Balm and the Sleep Balm.
ABOUT OUR SKIN
A baby's delicate skin is the largest bodily organ representing nearly 15% of total bodyweight. The skin is a natural barrier. Not only does it protect the internal organs and act as a highly effective screen against germs, it is responsible for controlling body temperature and preventing excessive water loss. It is important to protect, nourish and hydrate your baby's skin now and for the future.
It is estimated that the human skin absorbs 60% of everything in the atmosphere so it can be vulnerable to the numberous chemicals it is exposed to. In the last 50 years 75,000 new synthetic chemical compounds have been developed and released into our environment. Fewer then half of these have been tested for their potential toxicity to humans, and practically nothing is known about their holistic effects when they combine together.
ABOUT OUR SKINCARE RANGE
We have two product ranges, one for baby and one for Mother. Some can be used everyday by the whole family. We produce Nappy Balm, Petroleum Free Jelly, Baby Lotion, Milk Bath, Organic Baby Massage Oil, Talc Free Baby Powder, Gentle Scalp Oil (for Cradle Cap treatment), Shampoo and Bodywash, Sleep Balm, Chest Rub Gel, Tea Tree Oil, Stretch Mark Cream, Nipple Balm, Perineal Gel, Antenatal Bath Oil and Postnatal Bath and Massage Oil.
Our handmade organic skincare range has been formulated using only natural ingredients. We have endeavoured to source as many organic ingredients as we can for these products and will only claim an ingredient is organic if we can obtain a certificate from a recognised authority.
Our range is free from petro chemicals, sodium lauryl sulphate, sodium laureth sulphate, parabens and unnecessary synthetis additives. We also do not use any perfume or colourings.
All our baby range is gentle enough for newborns and is effective for the entire family. We do not test on animals.
